Summary: We just got back today from the Ware Haven Cottage and are already discussing when we can go back. Steve & Cindy are wonderful hosts who were very responsive throughout the booking and stay. The property, itself, was amazing. Very neat and organized, equipped with everything we needed to make the stay comfortable, with plenty of places in the house and on the property to relax. Complimenting all of this was the beautiful view of the Ware River that you can see from almost anywhere in the house. What made the property especially convenient to us was the proximity to downtown Gloucester as well as the local Walmart (both under 10 minutes away).We took our two children (ages 9 &11) and they spent their days (and evenings), either swimming in the pool, reading, or playing outside (kayaking, basketball court, frisbee, fishing). Everything the kids needed was organized in a shed outside of the main house. Thank you Steve & Cindy!
